Valuable Recommendations We always maintain service records, a copy of which is submitted to the Customer every six months with our recommendations for upgrading the existing systems and a guesstimate for keeping our Customers aware about any upcoming expenses. This helps the Clients to budget their expenses before hand and avoid any inconvenience and unpleasant surprises. Further, we also conduct energy audits to identify the area and installations of high energy consumption with our recommendations to upgrade or replace the units for better efficiency. Whether it’s small equipment like a water pump or a sophisticated control, performance falls off as equipment ages. Preventive maintenance is the way to stay ahead of the curve. Waiting until something goes wrong will dramatically reduce equipment life, increase energy costs and decrease occupant comfort and reliability. We therefore give prime importance to regular upkeep of the equipment to increase the life of the equipment and avoid unnecessary energy costs and discomfort.

Convenient Packages MGMC have the facility to offer package operations & annual maintenance contracts to their Clients at a reasonable & competitive fee. The package operations offer maintenance services on call basis and the annual maintenance contracts are offered as follows:
b)Inspection Service Program.
The first program is “All-In-Service Contract Program”. This includes complete labor, spare parts & other materials required during emergency calls, periodic inspections and other preventive maintenance works. The second program is “Inspection Service Program”. This includes labor only for performing normal & emergency maintenance services but excludes spare parts & other materials required.

Round the clock service MGMC offer round the clock emergency maintenance services backed by fully equipped mobile teams for prompt services at all times.

We develop maintenance plans determining the appropriate mix of reactive, planned and condition based maintenance models for facilities lifecycle maximization.

MGMC is currently having annual contracts for MEP services and General Maintenance including pest control and anti-termite treatment. Our services cover the following systems and facilities as per the requirement of the customer:

  • Air-conditioning system – Chillers, ducted and split system.
  • Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage works.
  • Lifts.
  • Swimming Pool Maintenance.
  • General Cleaning incl. External glass of Buildings, Villas and offices.
  • Interior Decoration, Painting and complete renovation of villas/offices/shops.
  • General Civil Works including aluminum and glass works.

Operational Method
  • We offer maintenance service for six days a week with a 24 hour emergency call-out facility.
  • A planned preventive maintenance is coordinated with the respective customers in accordance with the manufacturers and suppliers recommendations in order to maintain the design efficiency of equipment and services and prevent as much as possible the frequency of breakdowns and the length of the down time.
  • The maintenance cover will provide prompt, cost effective and efficient maintenance support and solutions.
  • In order to ensure smooth execution of the services, the maintenance crew is always on toes to execute planned and preventive maintenance along with all emergency call-out services.
  • A triplicate job card system is introduced to record all incoming maintenance calls, record of repairs carried out and spare parts issued along with the satisfaction signature of the concerned customer.
  • The customer’s suggestion and comments are vitally important for us. We always pays attention to the suggestion and comments as we believe that these suggestions and comments helps us to improve our facilities further and offer our services to the entire satisfaction of the customers.
  • We have a well equipped store for spare parts and tools. Each tradesman has his complete set of tools necessary for his work.
